Question: What are your shipping fees?

Answer: All purchases made at PHAT10.com include Standard U.S. shipping at no additional cost. Standard U.S. shipping time is between 14-21 days.  If you select another shipping option, you'll be charged the associated fees at checkout.  Carrier rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout.                            

Question: Do you ship outside the United States?

Answer: We only ship within the United States.

Question: Do you accept product returns?

Answer: We do accept returns that have been authorized and approved.

Question: How do I get a refund on a returned item?
